Day Before: Preparation

Complete these tasks the day before work begins to ensure a smooth start.

  • 1.

    Count Barriers

    Verify enough barriers are on-site for 10-15 ft spacing.

  • 2.

    Take 'Before' Photos

    Document the initial arrangement at each location.

  • 3.

    Request More Barriers

    If needed, call Pete to arrange delivery from PEMO storage.

  • 3a.

    Additional Barriers Picked up and Added to Site (If Required)

    Confirm delivery of any requested barriers. Count:__________

Empty Water, Secure Drain Caps & Open Fill Caps of ALL Barriers BEFORE Filling w/Sand

Position Barriers: 10-15' Spacing, 45° Angle, 6-12" from Curb, Clear of Drains, Driveways Etc. (See Layout on Next Page)

Fill Each Barrier with ~7 Buckets of Sand (Keep Area Clean!)

Secure Black Top Caps on All Barriers

Take 'After' Photos & Send Daily Update

Communication is Key

At the end of each day, a text update must be sent to key personnel with the following items.
