I just received your pricing, it was higher than the other numbers I received, why?

In short; you don’t need another headache from a squirrly painter that never shows up, smells like stale cigarettes, spills paint in the driveway and takes forever to get your project done.

You remember that old adage “ you get what you pay for…”? Well, we are the folks you pay for if you want it done professionally and correctly, the first time. We have wonderful long lasting relationships with general contractors and homeowners that continue to return to us for almost ten years now, so our promise is to make things substantially easier than hiring the cheap headache folks.

Others may start out with a lower price and nickel and dime you as the project goes along to make up the money they should have bid into the job in the first place.

We refuse to treat our clients like this. We feel that it’s better to use the years of experience our team has to look at your job holistically, pre-plan and run a tight schedule to help you and your general contractor anticipate problems before they occur. AND, when those problems come up (this is construction after all:) we will be able to take care of them without a word, it will just get done, and the whole project will stay on budget and on schedule.

I can’t count how many general contractors have called us after using someone else to tell us they should have used our bid. We are higher quality, our people are all polite and respectful and you’ll be guaranteed a better experience if things get complicated.

Do you do commercial maintenance work?

Do you work at night / off-hours?

We do! It will cost a bit more but we can accomplish your project no matter the time of day you need us.

What areas do you work in / how far will you travel?

As of June 2025, we are licensed/bonded/insured in Oregon, Washington and Idaho. We are currently working on expanding into Alaska as well.

Do you use quality paint?

We only work with the best commercial suppliers who stand behind their products and provide exceptional warranties and service. We provide an exceptional service and we think the products should match. Sherwin Williams, Rodda-Miller & Benjamin Moore.

What if I need to match an existing color?

We are here for you, part of our service pledge is to go out of our way for our clients. We do this by making sure to facilitate a match that you are happy with. As long as we can find a small sample of your color that we can take with us, we can match your color. Note: Generally, all color matching has some variance and when applying a new paint to an old one there can be slight color and sheen differences that cannot be eliminated entirely.

Do I have to buy the paint / wallcovering etc.?

Never. We will always come prepared with all the sundries, primer and paint you’ll need for your job. We never suggest that you buy your own paint, it is much easier and more cost effective for our clients if we are responsible for all the color matching and misc details that come along. Furthermore, it’s just easier on you, we are here to make the whole process easy on you, that’s how we keep our clients for many years!

How far out in advance should I book your services to hit my target date of completion?

We highly suggest as far in advance as possible. Our schedule fluctuates based on many factors. If you call us at least 60-90 days in advance we can typically make your schedule work. If you have an immediate need we can typically fit in small projects as time allows and would be happy to add you to our waitlist if your project can be flexible.
